How will you make an impact:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will coordinate work amongst other members of the Sales Operations team and other stakeholder groups in supporting ADLINK Technology, Inc.’s growing business efforts and customer base.
The Sales Operations Manager is office based.
What will you do:
• Manages Customer Account Management Specialist team and monitors, plans, and implements projects supporting order fulfillment activities.
• Responsible for reviewing and updating sales processes, procedures & implementation of sales automation tools.
• Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders.
• Manages Customer & Sales escalations.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of Sales operations.
• Creates and reviews Bill of Materials for item configurations.
• Responsible for reviewing credit returns/cancellations/order pushes with the internal management team.
• Acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews and suggests forecasting for customers.
• Manages and reviews Sales Orders.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Review factory order revision requests
• Supervise employees within the Sales Operations department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience & Qualifications
• 5+ years of related experience in sales operations and management and training
• Previous management experience is required.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and excellent organizational and planning skills; results-oriented.
• Strong time management, excellent interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate ability to achieve operational excellence through strong analytical skills.
• Ability to set up processes/procedures and make recommendations.
• Experience in using the Salesforce customer relationship management platform and/or Navision enterprise resource planning software is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; regularly use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear; and doing things such as analytical work or reports, which requires focus, while utilizing a computer.
Must be able to operate general office equipment.
Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits, which are outlined during the offer process.
