Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
This position is office-based.

We are looking for someone who already understands how HR operations come together and enjoys making things run smoothly, accurately, and with care. You like keeping things in order, solving problems, and making work easier for others. This role focuses on the day-to-day details that keep HR moving, from preparing and coordinating onboarding, to maintaining accurate records, data and processes, and supporting benefits and compliance. The goal is to create a clean, consistent employee experience that reflects who we are.

You have experience supporting employees and managers, are comfortable using HR systems, and take pride in getting the details right. The work may be behind the scenes, but it makes a real difference for our employees. If you bring curiosity, consistency, and a customer-focused attitude, you will be a great fit for our team.

What will you do: 

Here’s what your day may look like:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure every employee’s start and end with the company is seamless and well-documented
  • Keep our HR systems, Rippling, SAP Concur, and others up-to-date and accurate, supporting data integrity across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with managers and employees to complete HR transactions, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication
  • Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and compliance reports with precision and follow-through
  • Support required trainings, audits, and HR compliance tasks to ensure we stay organized and inspection-ready
  • Participate in process improvement projects that make HR operations more efficient and user-friendly
  • Maintain confidentiality in every part of your work
  • Jump in where needed and you will help make sure nothing falls through the cracks

How will you get here?  

  • 2–4 years of HR experience focused on operations, systems, or compliance
  • Solid working knowledge of HR platforms such as Rippling or SAP
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems
  • A clear and professional communication style, you know how to adjust your tone and timing to fit the situation.
  • Confidentiality, integrity, and good judgment in every task.
  • A customer-centric mindset, you take pride in helping employees and managers get what they need quickly and correctly.
