Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 (base only)
The Key Account Manager - MedTech role is remote
Approximately 40% travel may be required.
How will you make an impact:
The Vertical Key Account Manager – MedTech will focus on expanding ADLINK's presence within the MedTech sector by driving sales initiatives and managing key accounts. In this individual contributor role, the manager will identify new business opportunities, tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of MedTech clients, and implement effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in B2B technical solution sales specific to the MedTech industry, a strong grasp of industry challenges, and a proven ability to achieve sales goals while fostering lasting relationships with clients.

What will you do:
- Drive sales growth by managing key MedTech accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Set and achieve clear sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
- Develop and execute healthcare-specific sales strategies, adjusting to market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineer to identify best fit solutions to meet customer needs.
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to close gaps.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, highlighting key wins and opportunities for growth.
How will you get here?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of electronics and electronic circuitry
- Experience in Embedded Technology, or the Medical and Healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on vertical markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
